ABOUT ME

I graduated from Lewis & Clark College in Portland, OR in 2012, and am spending my summer leading youth trail crews in Washington state. I love to travel and learn about other cultures, and I really enjoy learning about the ecology of the places that I visit -- if you know anything about the native plants of your region, I'd love to learn. In my spare time, I like to read, hike, and try to make the world a better place.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I first CouchSurfed on a trip to Ecuador in 2010, and had a fabulous experience. Now that I'm done with my undergraduate degree (and have a little more free time on my hands), I'm excited to connect with the CouchSurfing community in Portland.

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach you about fungal ecology, native Pacific Northwest plants, (identification and a few uses), and some basic Oregon and Washington geology. I want to learn anything you have to teach!
