About Me

CURRENT MISSION

to photograph and paint scandinavia in all it's icy glory

ABOUT ME

I intended to travel for just 10 days in August. I was in Israel visiting relatives. Jerusalem turned into Tel Aviv which turned into Jordan, and then hey! there's a cheap ticket to Berlin.
For the last two years my biggest dreams were to take German classes in Berlin and farm in Sweden and now hey are coming true. I will be wwoofing, painting, and doing photography in Flen as of 9/15 before I fly back to New York where I work at a gallery and a silkscreen place.

PHILOSOPHY

do it now while you still can, life's too short to spend it in an office on gchat.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I show up at your house and am super neat and friendly. Maybe we play board games or cook dinner. I can cook indian, veggie, vegan, a plethora of styles. Also, if you have instruments I can pretend that I play them- especially drums.

Interests

I like road trips, Swedish wedding textiles from the 1400s, Henry Miller, German electronica, painting with watercolors, making feathered masks, cutting hair, outdoor grilling, nature, photographing industrial decay,
and my home- Brooklyn.
