I'm afraid I have bit of a case of shy-girl syndrome but I'm working to get over it. Travelling helps! I love reading, getting to know people, food, and music.
I think the key to living life happily is to take enjoyment from the little things. There are so many bad things in this life that I think finding joy in something small, be it an inside joke or your favourite meal or book or sharing a glass of wine with a friend is a beautiful thing.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I've seen more breathtaking things in nature than I could ever hope to count. The dark beauty of the Scottish Highlands never failed to leave me in awe, the sunset from Mount Haleakala was nothing short of magical. More than anything, though, the most amazing thing I think I've witnessed has been the incredible kindness of strangers. The willingness of people to help when they have never met you or barely know you is astonishing.
