I am a 26 year old special needs teacher from Queensland, Australia. I have recently returned to the sunshine state (Queensland) after spending two incredible years working and living in London, UK. From London, I was able to travel to some incredible places and now that I have returned home I have the hunger for travel again!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I love traveling not just for the sake of ticking off a list but for the interest of other cultures and meeting people. Couch surfing is a great option for getting to know places from a local perspective and I am more than happy to return the favour of showing off my incredible country as well once I am home :)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I was suppose to be on a two week tour through Egypt but it was cut short to one week. I ended up spending the second week in a beautiful town called Dahab.
From snorkelling in deep, crystal clear waters to dancing the night away at a night club in the desert to being invited to dinner with locals to staying up all night and watching the sun rise while sitting on the beach!
Dahab is a place that I never would have known about if it hadn't been for an unscheduled change of events but it was one of the best weeks of my life to date!

I am always interested in sharing my beautiful country when I am home so would be happy to return the favour if anyone wishes to visit a paradise on this side of the world!
