I'm 20 year old student from northern ireland but studies in Durham, England. Spending my 3rd year in Kingston Canada which I'm really looking forward to! I'm a bit of a nerd who loves politics and current affairs, but as I student I can still party with the best of them!
I really love to travel, see new places and most importantly meet new people from all over the world!
Philophy= remains without responsibilities for as long as possible!
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I have never couch surfed before myself, but my housemate for the last 2 years and University has been signed up and so we've had many couch surfers in and out of our house from north and south america, as well as other parts of europe!I loved showing new people around my university city, taking them to the pub and having great nights out! It was a really great way to meet people from all over the world, whose stories just made you want to travel more and more!
I'm interested in politics/ current affairs all that stuff. As a law student I'm also really into international affairs/ human rights stuff. But on a much lighter note I love to socialise, go to the pub for drinks and meet new people by travelling!
- human rights
- pub crawls
Music, Movies, and Books
I really love to read, but can't stand any sci fi kinda stuff, or this new vampire romance genre which has emerged! Apart from that, anything really goes!
My music taste isn't really that cool at all, I like country music which is pretty weird where I'm from for a person of my age!
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
The most amazing thing I've done is probably travel the Trans Siberian railway. It was my first big trip and has made me agitated to get on the move and see more ever since! I loved visiting St Petersburg, going horse riding in Mongolia and seeing the great wall!
However Northern Ireland/Ireland has also provided me with some of the most amazing scenery I've ever seen, and I love discovering new parts of my own country.
