If you planning to arrive in Johhannesburg and have plans to travel to Cape Town....let's do it just have at least 7 days in your schedule to get there. Train ride from Johhannesburg to Queenstown about 2o hours in a train. Public transport to a small rural area that I grew up in called Healdtown...spend a day there then move to East London for another day. From there move to my favourite city in SA called Port Elizabeth. From there you travel to Cape Town nd that will be my end of the journey with you. Accommodation will be provided in these towns. that what I'm willing to offer to my host that wants to experience a part of South Africa that tourist never really experience...
