ABOUT ME

Hey there, I'm the biggest wanderer ever right now. I'm originally from a small town in Michigan, but split that scene for bigger and better things in California six years ago. I finished college, and wow, it's already been a year and a half of graduate life. I have a passion for helping other people, that's why I've worked at a bunch of different non-profits, and I love working with kids. I also really dig intercultural exchange. I studied French so that I could travel, and be able to fully immerse myself in French culture, instead of just being merely a tourist. Obviously, I love traveling. Just went back to Europe in the fall, after living in Paris a few years ago. I love Europe, but I'm ready to see other parts of the world, too. South America, Africa, Asia,Australia, I'm coming soon!

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I have been to some events in San Francisco at different bars, also I couchsurfed with two wonderful ladies in Glasgow, Scotland while I was studying abroad in Europe.

Interests

SCUBA diving, writing, reading, Long days at the library, tea, art, hammocks, meeting new people from all over the world, traveling (of course!), volunteering, wild adventures on the weekends, big cities, people that make me laugh really hard.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I've roadtripped all over America. I've been backpacking in Yosemite, the Grand Canyon, and the Canadian Rockies. The Grand Canyon trip was a crazy adventure in the middle of the summer heat. I don't know what we were thinking.

Teach, Learn, Share

Teach: French, taking care of kids, I have some bomb diggity computer skills, writing (I used to be a writing tutor in college), raising goats, llamas, rabbits!
Learn: Spanish (really really want to learn!)
