ABOUT ME

We are a couple that have been together for nearly three years - we have a child named Knipe, he is nearly ten months old.

PHILOSOPHY

Liam is something of an anarcho-primitivist socialist and sees the world as a space of infinite possibilities and unfolding beauty, touched with a cynical view of the government stance on all aspects of social rule...

Chelsea is not interested in politics, although she dislikes the government, and loves the earth and the beauty in everything, she is creative and wants people to have fun and have a good time.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

We are new to surfing in Europe, although we both spent time in our younger days literally living on couches all over nottingham!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

We spent time in our youth living on peoples couches, although that was mainly because we were homeless!! So as a travelling experience, we are quite new to the idea.

Interests

Films - foreign films too, japanese, european and american.
Music - We are both in a band called "circus of freaks"...see www.myspace.com/circusoffreaksuk for some of our music.
Art/writing - Chelsea sews material and clothes and Liam writes and paints.
Travelling - We have both seen a few cities of the world, including paris, rome, orlando, antwerp, belfast, barcelona and brasov, to name a few.

All kinds of music are adored by us, from punk, ska, to drum and bass, to classical and theatrical, to rock and pop...all kinds, really.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Liam was once a self-employed stress manager, where people had to hit cars and furniture to get rid of negative tension and learn to relax more. He has also written two novels - but they are not published yet.

Chelsea has traveled in Europe and had a child, a baby boy. She has also sang in front of crowds.

Teach, Learn, Share

Chelsea is capable of showing people basic joinery and carpentry and sewing skills and Liam is a writer, so can help people with their writing skills and also film making.
