My wife and I love to travel but being in graduate school puts a hinder on our ability to do this with time and money on the short. We also love to meet new people and socialize. Our favorite trips are quick camping weekends where we can go for a hike or 2 with our furry little dog, Lacey. We are originally from the land of snow, ice and nice, Minnesota, but we now live in Memphis, TN where I'm a graduate student working on my PhD.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Honestly, staying at AirBnbs and VRBOs are nice but the cost starts to add up when you don't have that much money to spend and you don't get the opportunity to meet new people and make new friends.

Favorite movies are gladiator, star wars and the godfather series.
Favorite TV shows are breaking bad, dexter, the sopranos, house of cards, game of thrones, the office, arrested development, peaky blinders and deadwood...I like to binge watch TV series.
