One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Sitting on a beach in Panama with no one around for miles reflecting on life and meditating with the sound of the ocean rolling in.

Sitting on top of a mountain in Alberta Canada, snowboard strapped to my feet with the negative 0 wind blowing in my face . Far away from others nothing except my mind, while taking in my surroundings and feeling at such peace.
