Hi!
So for starters I LOVE exploring; anything. everything. everywhere. I've done most of my traveling in the US, but I finally made it out to Australia for 5 weeks last summer and had the time of my life which has sparked my interest in traveling. I go to school in New Orleans and I'm studying International Development, primarily because I'm fascinated by other cultures and I want to learn as much as I can about the world around me!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Honestly, because it's an inexpensive way to meet the coolest people you'll ever know. I couch surfed some in Australia (regretfully I didn't make a profile because I was traveling with my brother), and I met the most amazing and worldly people that way. I'd love to build a rep on here by traveling and have people stay with me when I get a house in New Orleans!

Music, Movies, and Books

I love all music except for country..growing up in Texas left me with little regard for that surprisingly. I dig the Red Hot Chili Peppers, Pink Floyd, Citizen Cope, Bon Iver, all that good stuff.
Favorite movie? Pineapple Express. Hands down.
I'm not so sure I have a favorite book, I'm currently really in to The Anatomy of the Spirit, it's a good read if you haven't read it.
