📌 Any request _must_ contain in the first line the email addresses of _each_ person asking to come here (so if you travel as a group it must contain an email address for each one in the group). it assures a quick reply and avoid misunderstandings .
Much better if you use the email shown in the calendar to send a copy of the request.
📌 📆 read calendar on http://i.trail.it/CS/#WICHU to find all the days when I may be able to host you. If you are group of 5 to 7 people and find only 4 places, you might try that more place could appear. reading all the page will tell you also about some temporary exceptions.
📌In Italy sharing dinner (around 2100) the day of arrival is a very strictly followed tradition so do not ask if you expect to arrive after that time.
cultural exchange - only for free, but please read carefully this profile (it looks that something is repeated, but it is because there are important things !)!
I put this at beginning since it is important you know it before proceeding, since oddly this is the thing that has led to more misunderstandings and inconveniences:
IF you will NOT have a working phone the day of arrival (for last minute contacts), days and times of arrival will be restricted, this to avoid problems with my neighbours and my other guests in case you arrive too early or too late without being able to inform about it.
(the true ‘abut me’ section is some lines below: here are the other things you must know before sending a request:
📌 📆 read calendar on http://i.trail.it/CS/#WICHU to find all the days when I may be able to host you.
Unfortunately CS calendar does not do a good job when you can host two groups, so you can only look on link above for the correct available dates. In case CS forbids you to select certain dates otherwise appear available in my calendar do not change it, but just ask via a private message.
📌 🗲 The QUICKEST way to get all the informations you could need: send an email to email@example.com having in the subject the date of arrival and you will get immediately all the informations you could need.
*NB: the answer may arrive from a different email address, so this could deliver my message in your spam folder ... if you do not get it in three minutes, look there!

🔴🔴HOW AND WHEN SEND ME A REQUEST:🔴🔴
to have more informations and to know how to send the best couchrequest 🔴 read http://i.trail.it/CS 🔴 , on that site there is the CALENDAR 📆 where are listed the days when I am available to host and many additional informations.
🍽 Please read also http://i.trail.it/food 🍝
🔷 ALWAYS include your EMAIL ADDRESS (and the ones of ALL the other people travelling with you, expecially if they had not sent their own request) and one ☎ valid and active phone number in the request. A phone number is a global number Including the international prefix) that can be called 📲 by any phone on public network (to be explicit: a whatsapp only number is NOT valid !); it is, in general, the number of your phone under GSM connection. If you will not have a working phone the day of arrival, possible days and times of arrival will be quite restricted (see above),
Please read https://i.trail.it/arrive for further informations.
😈 If you send a request, once I have accepted, please confirm it within 2 days.
Normally I will reply via email or, if last minute, by calling your phone.
some email provider from USA, Russia and eastern europe often mark systematically as spam email replies to CS posts, so please look carefully in the spam box.
😊 Of course You MAY also send directly requests by 😊 personal email (that you can find in the page of calendar), of course providing the CS link to your profile 😏 and this is the way that will assure you the quickest reply (but remember to send also an official couchrequest if you want to have a starred reference).
I can travel alone and in a party;
hosting in family, and hosting when alone.
I welcome people that want to know and share new places, new culture, new food and new people.
I live in technology and communication but believe that an human touch is necessary.
Always ready for some excursion outside my town.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Hospitality is part of culture. When you go in someone house you are going to get the inner part of the local culture.
Be ready to offer your culture, but also to accept the local one.
When I was married, we mostly traveled together.
I like technology and industrial archeology,
she didn't: she preferred art exibitions.
But we were together for taking you to walking or cycling excursions.

Cook-share: that is you come here one day and we prepare for you a local meal, next day you take use of the kitchen and prepare for us a meal from your hometown/region/country.
What I Can Share with Hosts
space to sleep and a multicultural table with food and people. A lot of funny stories about hospitality
