Traveling within the US, finding a place I love. Meeting people who love life and experiencing the world with them. Reading off my booklist. Learning Russian, French, Spanish, Portuguese, and German in that order. Saving money to buy a home.

ABOUT ME

Im a young man with absolute passion, i want to see it all and do even more. I smile alot and have a very open sense of humor, the world is an interesting place. I work in the oilfield boom taking place in the bakken oil formation in the Montana/North Dakota area. I work 2 weeks straight and get one full week off and during these off weeks I plan to travel the United states to see where my favorite places are. I do not smoke or drink. I am a former enlist navy veteran, and loved the time I spent in the service. Depending on where we are and what we are doing I have a lot of energy(much more than most people, my body doesn't know the meaning of quit) but I can also be extremely calm in most social situations.

Interests

I love the outdoors, going on peak hikes of tall mountains in Utah,Oregon, and California have been the best times of my life. I like exploratory activities like offroading, diving and climbing because I get to be places and see things that are unique. I also like activities that require my entire focus and captivate me for the duration, like shooting, sports, and mathematics, and yes I said mathematics. I love meeting new people and will force myself into uncomfortable situations just to gain the experience of it.

Music, Movies, and Books

To many to list, but I like movies with artistic feel, Blood Meridian by Cormac McCarthy is my favorite book. Music is a vast sea and it constantly changes but to show you have diverse my ears are my favorite bands are The shins, Kanye west, Through the eyes of the dead, Broken Bells, Iron and wine, Drake, Fleet foxes, Midlake, Justin Timberlake, and many more. I'm really digging Retrograde by James Blake right now

Teach, Learn, Share

I can cook fairly well and would gladly compensate for any food we are during my meals for the stay. I would also love to make some of my favorite dishes and breakfast for a few days of my stay at least for you. Other than that, I am a fairly good conversationalist and love to listen to people talk, you never know what someone may be sharing and how important it could be, never underestimate anyone.
