About Me

live day by day
become less restless

Right now I work as an assistant teacher in an elementary school with an inspiring group of 7 year old kid. Before this, I worked as an assistant photography teacher and have helped with community photography projects in the United States. These projects led to a lot of interest in agriculture, activism and queering up spaces.... which I try to engage myself with here in Malmö.

most of my time is spent at libraries, with friends, outside somewhere, rock climbing hanging out in the kitchen or in the sauna.

One never reaches home,' she said. 'But where paths that have an affinity for each other intersect, the whole world looks like home, for a time.

Hermann Hesse, Demian

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

surfer and host

canoeing lake Michigan, making new traditions with new friends for new years 2014, cold river swim instead of coffee, rooftop morning in Tampere, arriving in the dark, and seeing the place for the first time in the morning.

swimming, bikes, learning languages, taking different routes to the same place, writing letters, licking plates clean, hitch hiking, bouldering, fixing things, keyboard shortcuts, music theory and politics

I'm curious about sustainable building materials, how to pick the right mushrooms in the forest, and carpentry
