I like meeting new people and discover new things. I'm a very curious and open-minded person, so you can talk about basically anything with me! But still, I do have some topics that particularly fascinate me: languages, culture differences, Japanese culture, new technologies, transhumanism, videogames, philosophy, literature, music... and many others.

As I love languages, I'm currently studying to become a professional translator (English and Japanese to French). Translation is actually a quite unknown and misunderstood activity. After all, the job of the translator is to make themselves invisible, since a good translation is a text we think is the original! And I like caring about things in the shadows. In a band, I'd be a drummer. Yeah, I also really love drums (but sadly, I never learnt).

Interests

First off, I love reading. I find it amazing how some sheets of paper can send you to another universe. I'm keen on writing too, I have some ideas for a novel but if I'm not sure I'll ever finish writing one of them!
Secondly, I love creating all kind of stuff. Besides writing which I mentioned, I enjoy making videos, music and even videogame (no joke, I created a small videogame with my girlfriend, thanks to an awesome software called RPG Maker MV). If I had to choose one thing that keeps me alive, I'd say creating stuff.
Finally, I like doing sports, and especially table tennis. Don't ask me why table tennis, I couldn't really answer, but I love it.

Music, Movies, and Books

Books: I really like SF, fantasy and thriller stories. Also psychological stuff.
Music: I love listening to some rock, orchestral metal, celtic metal, pop, orchestral, and from time to time reggae, blues, jazz.
Movies: I like mindblowing movies, such as Inception, The Matrix. And I watch some US and British TV shows (Breaking Bad, Doctor Who, Sherlock, Black Mirror) and Japanese anime (Death Note, Code Geass, One Piece).
