Hmmm, describe myself. I guess I can say I´m friendly, outgoing, laid back, adventurous, and curious. I can be quiet at times, but when you get to be around me more often, I won´t be. Trust me. I love to laugh and have a great time with family and friends. I'm down to meet new people, learn about different cultures, and travel the world. ;)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I joined Couchsurfing because I want to meet new people from around the world as well as travel to various places. I am currently studying abroad in Alicante, Spain and live in a dorm, but I would be more than happy to host anyone.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I discovered CS through a friend whom I met in my CIEE study abroad program in Spring 2013. I'm really glad he told me about this because it's definitely a great way to travel the world while meeting new people.

Interests

I love to meet new people, learn about different cultures, and see all the diversity this world has to offer. I like to travel, explore new places, and engage in unique activities that I perhaps wouldn´t have the opportunity to participate in my hometown. I also like to spend time with family and friends when I have the chance to do so. I love to take pictures so this goes hand in hand with photography and sightseeing. I also enjoy listening to music, dancing, laughing, and jogging every once in a while.

Music, Movies, and Books

I like to see a wide variety of movies ranging from comedy to action to drama to reality. The same goes for books. As far as music goes, I try to listen to all types of music and love to be exposed to new music that I don't usually listen to.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

The moment I knew my flight was arriving in Alicante, Spain left me awestruck because the view from the sky was amazing! The idea of having the opportunity to study abroad in Spain for a whole semester is just unbelievable. This is my first time being on the other side of the world for an extended period of time so everything I have experienced up until now has been breathtaking to me. Therefore, I am enchanted by all the beautiful views and have fallen in love with España.

I may not know as many languages as most people on this website, but I would be more than happy to tell you more about my culture and maybe even teach you a couple of phrases in Spanish or English since I grew up being bilingual. :)
