One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I've been lost in the swamp in southern Alabama for 30 something hours, competed nationally for bicycles, competed in wrestling for many years, run a marathon, and started and ran my own business.

Teach, Learn, Share

I am young so I Don't know a lot of stuff I can teach but I'm passionate about exercise and would love to share any knowledge I can about that. I also have worked a lot with landscaping and handyman type stuff so I can help with that sort of thing. As far as learning goes I'll take any opportunity I can to learn anything.
