About Me

Traveler/photographer/Internet whiz. Traveling around the world at the moment!

This year's travel so far: Morocco, Italy, Poland, Ukraine, Hungary, Serbia, Bosnia, Montenegro, Kosovo, Albania, Macedonia, Turkey, Thailand, Cambodia, Thailand again, Japan.

I was volunteering in Tokyo for 5 weeks. I camping gear and I will do winter camping in the countryside and under Fuji-san soon! Hope I don't freeze :]

I camped on the top of Takao-yama in January, haha... Traveled from Tokyo to Osaka, Kyoto, Nara. I was attending life-changing Butoh workshops near Tokyo with Yoshito Ohno-sensei for 1 month.

I have a great need of degrowing/going back to the roots. I spent many of my early years on my grandmother's farm and I'm longing back to it after wasting too much life on computers. I think that most people can't be happy in a capitalistic society. We are lonely and need a sense of real community and abilities to do something real by ourselves. My plan for the next few years is to learn being more self-sufficient, work with crops, animals, woodworking, homesteading etc. I love exchanges which are not based around money.

I believe, based on intuition and a large number of actually existing examples, that human beings can organize themselves in non-hierarchical ways, such that no one is oppressed by anyone else.

My current dream and plan for next year is buying land in Galicia, Spain and starting a cooperation there.

I love riding a motorcycle with a tent and camping in the wild. I like the idea of work not revolving around money. I have no ambitions. I'm trying to live in the present. I like Japanese and Korean Buddhism(I'm an atheist) and works of stoics.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

"Everyday is a journey, and the journey itself is my home." Matsuo Bashō, a poet from the Edo period in Japan.

Couchsurfing is one of the best ideas that I have discovered in my life. It has shown me that there are unconventional ways to live and share in this world.

I love hosting. In 2014 and 2015 I have hosted/met with over 50 people in Toruń and Warsaw/Poland.

At the moment I cannot host anymore, because I'm on a long-term journey around the world. I hope you can host me :)
