About Me

CURRENT MISSION

To be happiness

ABOUT ME

I haven't traveled much myself but I want to. I'm very interested in hosting people and connecting and hearing stories about traveling so that it will motivate me to get out there and do it myself.

I'm into dancing and meditation and yoga. I love hearing live music - and electronic music - anything you can dance to really. Or at least bob your head to.

PHILOSOPHY

Life is a dream. Live with that in mind as much as possible and don't sacrifice others' happiness for your own.

Music, Movies, and Books

Movies... I like comedies the most, then probably war movies.

Books... I like spiritual books, and literature type fiction, and poetry, and self-help books are fun when you're feeling in a rut.

Music... blues, jazz, rock, classical, drum and bass, downtempo, breaks, western swing, bluegrass, texas music, americana.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Seeing my grandfather at his funeral was an amazing experience for me because it really showed me how fleeting and precious all our lives are. It's an idea you hear about and can understand but experiencing it is a whole different thing. It puts things in perspective.

Everything we see and know and think we are will come to an end and it's a good thing to keep in mind. I don't think it's a morbid idea though - it's just the truth.

Teach, Learn, Share

I'd like to learn how to travel. And I'm a terrible cook so I'd like to learn more about cooking simple meals.

I can teach you to two-step and swing dance. I can show you what I know about meditation. I can take you to the Buddhist center I go to.
