I love being outdoors and travelling. Hiking, jogging, swimming and biking top my list. Experiencing new places and getting to know people around the world is a passion. I also enjoy music - I used to play cello but haven't had the time lately.

Music, Movies, and Books

I love classical music. I also like U2, Neil Young, and some top 40 music. I have a toddler, so I don't have time to read books anymore. Favorite movies are Moonstruck and North by Northwest.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I worked in a biosphere reserve in Australia and got to do a lot of really fun things, like sleeping under the stars in the Outback, catching bats and going on roo surveys. Snorkeling in the kelp forests off Catalina Island (off the coast of southern California) was also an amazing experience.

Teach, Learn, Share

I've worked with high school foreign exchange students from around the world. It's a wonderful opportunity for both the student and host family. I learn so much about different cultures, our differences and similarities, through these students.
