Since I first travelled through France and Spain I got caught by the wanderlust-virus :) Ever since then I travel whenever my studies allow me to. So far I visited 25 countries and I definitely want to increase that number.
For when I am in Switzerland I study Medicine in Zurich and work besides as a first aid responder. I was grown up a bit outside and now I live in the center of Zurich in a shared apartment.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

For me travelling is about feeling the place. Most of my best travel moments were when I got invited to someones house and could just be part of it for a short time. To eat and stay local and feel the rhythm of that place is for me one of the most valuable experiences I can make.
And that is why I'm on Couchsurfing, to get easier access to people enjoy that too, and be able to give that back to someone who might be visiting Zurich.

Interests

My main interest is to live my life to the fullest. Which doesn't necessarily mean "just do what you enjoy" but rather always keep an eye on your goals and try to achieve them. I really enjoy the nature. Most of my leisure activities take place in the nature, such as horse riding, hiking and camping, scuba diving, photography and sometimes snowboarding (although I am not really into winter). On the other hand I also enjoy the city life in Zurich and meeting friends for coffees or drinks

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I think the biggest adventure in my life so far was the half year trip through central and south America and doing my dive master there. That was a time I will never forget.

What I Can Share with Hosts

Unfortunately I can not offer a bed since we are not having a couch in our apartment but I will happily meet people for coffees, dinners, trips through and around Zurich or just giving some advice what would be nice to see in Switzerland.
