Live an extraordinary life outside of American idealism, flinch forward-fear is the enemy!
According to the opinion of others I have led so far a life that is beyond the "norm" and interesting. I have worked in many industries and have studied a broad range of subjects. I believe this unique combination of experiences and education have led me to now live in another country to begin a new adventure so I can continue growing, stimulating my mind, body and soul with new experiences. I was starting to feel a little stagnant back in the US, so I embarked on a big move that would be a change and a challenge. I knew I had to "just do it" like Nike :)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
If I have an issue, I'm likely to speak about it immediately instead of brewing it and letting it turn into a bigger deal than it is. I am direct and confident, but tactful and efficient. I can be impatient sometimes, I often find myself moving a lot faster than most of the people who have adjusted to "thai time". A bit frustrating, but I'm adjusting. Which brings me to my final answer: I'm flexible, I'm adaptable, yet resilient.
Have hosted once or twice in Vail Colorado. Kind of fell out of the scene as I was too busy to host and started accumulating things that were expensive and so was a bit weary of having "strangers" in my abode. I enjoyed meeting a surfer from Montreal who was simultaneously staying with a good friend of mine in Okinawa. Good times!
Depends on where I am. Right now its diving, diving and more diving. I'd like to get into surfing, stand up paddle, kayaking and maybe rock climbing. I'm up for adventure whenever. I like to workout, and right now I'm mostly working out indoors, but am interested in finding an outdoor workout buddy.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
one thing?! a couple weeks ago I found a demon stinger fish just sitting in the sand. that was cool and apparently very rare. but I'd say having the guts to move across the the world is probably a pretty amazing thing that most of my friends envy me for.
Teach, Learn, Share
I am eager to learn more about diving and working in the dive industry. I am also eager to meet people that can tell me more about how to live abroad.
