Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I love the idea of creating a working network where everyone can travel more easily and cheaply. I want to make
people feel like true guests in a county/ city without having to pay for a room in an anonymous hostel.

Music, Movies, and Books

I'm very much of the opinion that the difference some people make between 'entertainment' and 'art' is not be taken that seriously. To look down on good 'entertainment', in my opinion, is nonsense. :)

Another thing that I think is quite overrated is looking to movies and books to see if you will get along with someone. So what if I like Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind and you found it just confusing and improbable. What if my favourite series in the world is a danish series from 2007 which looks boring and complicated to you. This will not stand in the way of us getting along great I think.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I want to give you a place to sleep for a few days to make your traveling cheaper and more comfortable. I want to share my kitchen and my home and hope you will treat it like it was yours (unless you treats yours horribly, of course!)
