Hi! I’m a 27 year old Swedish girl living in Gothenburg, currently solo traveling in SE Asia.

I’m an extroverted introvert who loves to meet new people to really connect with and learn new things from. I like to stay active so I have a lot of hobbies but the most current ones are roller derby, rugby, camping/hiking and gaming (not that active). I’d say I’m a pretty good listener, however if I meet someone who shares my interests I could talk about it for hours!

Traveling has been a lifelong dream of mine, so after my three years of study in Media and Communication I booked a one way ticket to Bangkok with almost no plan. It’s been really great so far, however I would like to find more local friends to really learn about these amazing cultures.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I want to meet people who would like to share about their lives and their culture. It’s what interests me the most while traveling, and I would be so grateful to meet people who would like to share this with me.

Music
Mostly electronic music, like psytrance, DNB, different kinds of house and techno. At the same time I listen a lot to mellow folk/indie music right now. But long time favorites are The Cure, Smashing Pumpkins, Gorillaz and Daft Punk.

Gaming
I’m a huuge Zelda fan. Also love Outer Wilds, which I wrote my bachelor’s thesis about.

Teach, Learn, Share

Trying to learn some of the language as I travel. So I know a few (few) words in Spanish, Thai, Laotian and Arabic, and I love to learn more.

What I Can Share with Hosts

Some good company or maybe even a new friend! I’d love to share my cooking skills, and can teach you about some Swedish history and why the show Vikings got it aall wrong.
