I have been traveling for one year! 8 months of which I was a solo traveler, currently I am traveling with my boyfriend Matt whom I met in an eco village near Lima, Peru. I began my travels with the intent of truly living and doing the things that I have always dreamed of. Such as volunteering with animals, (trying) to learn a language, doing a meditation retreat, making friends from all over the world, living in an eco village, participating in an ayahuasca ceremony, doing various things to face my fear of heights and much more! I love adventure and trying new things to push myself to grow and learn!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I have a fear of heights which I have been trying to face while traveling so I'm quite proud of paragliding, jumping off a 12m high bridge in Guatemala and a very high rope swing as well, lol. I participated in a 10-day silent Vipassana meditation retreat that pushed myself in every way; physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually! And quitting my job, selling almost everything I own to head out on a year long traveling journey alone! A big intention of my trip was also to do some deep healing and establish a strong connection with myself, which as of a year later, I feel I accomplished! Through many different methods and experiences, most were very difficult and alot of hard work was done on my part. I am most proud of this above all else in my life!
