I am 48 years old, single and free as a bird ! I lived in Ashland Oregon from 1998 to 2008. I did all kind of jobs in my life , from massage therapist to fork lift driver, house painter... yoga instructor... and now social worker!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

My favorite Buddhist retreat center is closed this year and I need to drive further to meet teachers. I believe couch surfing will be a good way to meet people instead of staying alone in a hotel room.

Music, Movies, and Books

I like spiritual books with a sense of humour. My favorite one was « Yoga bitch», a must read if you are in a yoga community or lived in a Ashram. Very funny book.
Another one is «Maudit Karma», could be translated as damn Karma, it's about a woman who dies and gets rebirth as an ant and upgrades into other animals.

Music... mantras in the morning, dance in the day, rock after work, soft music in the evening.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Went back to school at 43 to get my bachelor's degree in social work. !
