One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Last winter I made a paragliding flight in Savoie during my ski holidays. The thing really amazing for me: obviously the view (especially on the Mont Blanc) but also the incredible calm in the air: a good lesson of serenity and peaceful.

Recently I disovered Qi Gong (an ancestral chinese medecine preventive). In fact an everyday practice to feel how strong is our body, especially what kind of strength we all have in us ; the energy!
