ABOUT ME

Let me give you a little insight into me, a ramble from a chapter in my book of life. It's a slice, a blink of me but should be able to give you a decent picture.

It is a paradox I live in. I keep waiting for my luck to run out. I'm not really sure I've earned all this karma, I must have done some amazing things in my past lives.

Or perhaps really nothing is special, at least nothing is more special then anything else. I was listening to this show on NPR about it, about the theory of mediocrity that was basically saying that there isn't anything special about us, the earth, or anything. It all is just the same thing, we are all just little atoms made up of tinnier bits.

PHILOSOPHY

I try to live my life in kindness. To be respectful to others, to lend a helping hand. Sometimes I fail sometimes I don't.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

None. I'm more of a place people come to surf, rather then a surfer. I'm a hub, a port, a habor, not the boat or ship.

Movies: Harold and Maude, Fifty First Dates (minus the dorky slap sticky characters) Star Wars, Princess Bride, When Harry Met Sally.
Books: Blink, Tipping Point, Dragon Riders of Pern, MZB, American Gods. Anything interesting from fiction to scifi, to none fiction. Happy endings are a must to both movies and books.
Music: Anything that tells a story happy or sad, dark or light. From Folk to Rock, Frank to Jewel.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Amazing hummm....I keep driving across the country and seeing the most beautiful sky lines, mountains, fields.
