ABOUT ME

Hello Friends,

My name's Lindsay. I am trying to plan a trip from Philadelphia to Portland by train. I am trying to navigate my trip south through Texas and up to Portland, maybe hitting California on the way up. On my mission, I will be looking at vintage and thrift shops to send some great pieces back to a vampy little consignment/vintage Shop in Media, The Cedar Chest. I hope to go to some great museums and party with some great people in a new city.

On my way, I'll be blogging my impressions and judgments... because you know, everyone judges.

I used my "about me" from a dumb dating site. I thought it was accurate enough. Color me lazy...

I make friends where ever I go. I'm always friendly, except if someone gives me a creep vibe... I'm usually good with my intuitions.

I don't care what people think about me, but I do care what people think of my outfit. I dress to impress.

I'm a sucker for 40s and 50s Pin up girls. I watch old movies just to see what they are wearing... and a bit of the corny acting bits. I collect vintage clothing. I'm a bit of an old soul.

I have a pet bunny name Peek-a-Boo who is litter box trained. He's my main man.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Hard question...

I saw a woman giving birth in a parking lot. Paramedics were there, but I'm the one that called 911 for her and I stayed by her side until they came. She was young... probably about 20. She looked scared and excited all at the same time. I'd feel incomplete as a woman if I never get to have a child and experience what a woman was made to do.

I want to see more life... not too much death... and nature.
