ABOUT ME

People should come to me for free advice. I'm the person that people talk to in airplanes, waiting in line at the store, and various other random locations. I don't just get idle chit-chat about the weather; I get peoples' life stories... and I love it! I have heard it all. People are incredibly interesting; and if you take the time to listen, people lose divisions of class, race, religion, gender, and become your (highly dysfunctional) family. I used to be quiet and shy; that blew up with a stick of dynamite when I went to college. Now I love talking to people! I'm not really funny when I try, but I tend to make people laugh with my sarcasm. I love baking pastries and cooking for other people, but I'll rarely cook for myself. My dream is to study cooking from the masters in each region of the world. I'm a metalsmith and a photographer. I always have a camera around my neck unless I'm sleeping. Put me in a room with a forge, a torch, and a lot of tools, and I might never leave... Unless it is to hop on a plane and visit somewhere new. The most important thing about me is that I'm a gypsy at heart. I plan on seeing as much of the world and meeting as many people as possible before I die. Struggles and pain are just opportunities for personal growth and new beginnings.
