Dr Lorenc Gordani, is an independent energy lawyer, with extensive experience in legal strategic support and applied research. Amongst other things, Mr. Gordani is a Co-Founder of the Albanian Centre for Energy Regulation and Conservation.
His professional interest is focus on the energy market and related policy issues, concerning the promotion of a sustainable integration of energy market in the Western Balkans. Following of which his activities is accompanied with an extensively bibliography on energy law and policy.
