A true Northerner, I call the Yukon home. Presently I am travelling for the next year, researching a book and writing as I go. I read a lot, have been told I am an excellent cook, an an expert in wild mushrooms and love meeting fellow adventures.

I do have a dog- one Mister Herman Hesse - who travels with me everywhere . We are both very friendly and looking for a pet-and-book friendly place to sleep in exchange for a story and some good company.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Skinned out a bear with a pocket knife and then learned how to tan it and prepare it the traditional First Nations way.
