I was born in Anchorage, Alaska and grew up on a ranch in rural Idaho. I like to fly, ski, surf, and climb. I also like warm cozy blankets, hot springs, sleeping under the stars, listening to music, and cooking yummy food.

I am a landscape photographer and visual artist. I make pictures about space, with the intention of remembering our connection to nature.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I began couchsurfing as a skier and climber in the early 90s, meeting new friends from British Columbia to the French Alps, and more recently from Romania to the Middle East.
