My mission ? Good question ? I don't really know, sorry it is not creative at all ...
I am Lou from France. I studied the English for about 5 years. Last september I moved to Paris to work at a vegan restaurant (pastry chef) but this city is too expensive, and too stressful so I decided to go back to my dad's house. 2014 is a gap year, and I plan to travel (getting tattooed, going on tour with musician friends etc.)
I have been vegan for over 4 years now, and since then enjoy cooking/baking. I also like to read, watch tv shows, sometimes movies, listen to music.
I have been playing the cello since 2003 now, and I play in different ensembles as well as alone (lessons).
But I am absolutely not tied in this "classical" bubble. I listen mostly to Hardcore/Punk bands. Also, Post-Hardcore, Post-Rock, Sludge. Actually I listen to a bit of all except French music, R&B.
That is something that I do not really think about, so I have no precise answer.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I had a great first CS experience in Chicago in January 2011; Funny fact = the guy was French !
I like cooking, reading, going to shows, having naps, be relaxed, drinking tea.
Wandering alone with my iPod. Dreaming.
Seeing my friends.

I can possibly show or explain how to make easy vegan cakes in no times (do not be afraid I am not trying to force people to be vegan).
I guess if you want to learn a couple of things in French language I can help you out as well (:
