I'm a positive and passionate individual that always enjoys a challenge in life always moving forwards and a backwards never. I'm a open minded person taking pride in life, including everything that surrounds me in this world. Taking inspiration and motivation from experiences, gaining knowledge trying to better myself as a person.

Friends say that as a person i can be humble, kind, generous, outgoing, positive, these are some attributes that i feel i hold dear to my being. I gel well with people and enjoy interaction, often keep and big smile and hello for strangers. I'm not petty and don't hold grudges, never judge a book by its cover learn from any creed or individual.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

In my old home it was a very common thing to have friends come and stay while they got set up in my city. Staying anything from 1 week to 1 year. I feel that the morals of couch surfing is something I hold close to my heart. If you can help somebody give them a push and show them happiness. Then In the words of a wise man you will be closer to understanding the meaning of life.

Another reason is that I plan to move my working life to NZ, so need habit of help to get set up. Because currently I don't have a job, anywhere to sleep or any money :-)

Interests

In my spare time i enjoy a variety of hobbies most of all i would have to say music, i love music finding it uplifts my soul and spirit. I collect vinyl records, have a radio show, sound-system and organize night club nights. I also adore the outdoors, taking in the fresh air and seeing what magical views the world has to offer. Fishing is another, always a good laugh and a nice day out.

I love to be active and use my hands to learn new skills. Craft objects from minerals, being resourceful is a good skill in today's world.

Music, Movies, and Books

I love 60s 70s Jamaican Ska music - music wise if it has a lot of brass and horns then I'll go crazy. Also if music is mad with love and passion I spend a lot of time to search for music.

I like to read a lot of extreme survival books. Difficult to pick favorites.

Recently I helped a local teach to plan map out source materials and build a school in a small village in north Laos.
