I am an anthropology student at the University of Akron, in the rust belt of Ohio. I'm a ballroom dancer, but I'm not excellent at it. I love to go salsa dancing! Or swing dancing! Or any kind of dancing! I am a mother of two sarcastic, intelligent, well-mannered, but spunky daughters. I am also a photographer, I take pictures of some of the happiest moments of people's lives. I also get cake at these events!
I love cake! And coffee! And Doctor Who! I'm a brown coat, I'm a Greek mythology geek, I killed my poinsettia, but don't worry, it's slowly coming back to life! I'm a feminist, but not the bra-burning, man-hating type. More along the I can do anything you can do variety. These are all random facts about me. But deep down, I'm someone that believes in the goodness that is humanity.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I've grown two beings out of cells, that divide and multiply, repetitively. Birthed them, and then, the amazing part, I've taught these beings to question the world, not just accept it. I've taught them to never stop asking why. To never accept because as an answer. I've created monsters!
