PHILOSOPHY

We choose our lives every moment. We are not "made" to do anything or feel anyway by anyone. Our own human needs are the undercurrent of our behaviors, even ones such as martyrdom and violent rxns. All of the choosing that we do every day, even when we don't recognize it as such, provides us with an opportunity to know ourselves, our habits, our conditioning, our needs more thoroughly.
