ABOUT ME

I have the insatiable desire to discover, learn and laugh. I love the diversity of this world (in people, places, beliefs, languages, etc)and want to take the time to experience it.

PHILOSOPHY

I believe in simplicity, sharing your life with others and having the freedom to do what makes you come alive. I do not have religion, philosophy, etc figured out and that is ok. I love the confusion cause it allows me to see people for who they are. It allows me to authentically care about people and keeps me from settling on a life of quiet desperation.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

The kind of people that would stay on a stranger`s couch are the kind of people I want in my life. I am signed up for all of it, from just a conversation to staying the night. We all have unique lives that are maybe a bit misunderstood in this world. I want to be a part of the community where I am no longer "different".

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've met some great friends while couchsurfing, some will stay friends for life. I can't imagine my life without these experiences.

I love cultures, countries, history,dance, music-you name it. Languages, especially French, running, hiking, skiing, traveling and reading about traveling, memoirs, learning about me and all that around me, photography, good music, antiques, laughing, simplicity and dancing to name a few

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I got to ride a camel in a Taurag celebration in a village outside Agadez, Niger. I had that moment where I thought "I'm riding a camal in the Sahel, how did this ever happen?"
