I love to exercise, eat healthy and learn about my body and how to keep it healthy. People tell me I look 10 years younger and I hope to stay that way forever.

I am willing to meet with anyone for coffee or food. I am unable to provide a couch since, I do not own my own home.

I have yet to have a couchsurfing experience, but I am looking forward to it!

I have made significant life changes in my quest for a simpler lifestyle that allows me to live my life to the fullest. I've come to understand that life is a wonderful journey when one is spiritually available for the trip. However, the pursuit of career paths and material possessions are often distractions from what is really essential for true happiness. So I am learning a new path to happiness which includes being more engaged in life and participating more in the community. I welcome diversity and believe we learn so many things in life from other people when we take the time to listen and learn different perspectives. So I enjoy being around people who are open minded and freely share their feelings and life experiences.
