I grew up in small town Iowa in the United States and now reside in the capital, Des Moines!
I am a registered dietitian at Drake University and absolutely love everything about food and nutrition.
My biggest passion is helping people understand the importance of healthy eating and how I can help them meet their nutritional goals.
