ABOUT ME

I'm the son of a retired college president (dad) and social worker (mom). Born in Louisville, Kentucky. Raised in south-central Indiana. I played basketball through high school, then started college in Durango, Colorado. I finished college in Seattle, after some wanderings in Alaska and Mexico. I completed a M.A. in journalism at Indiana University in 2009. I'm a certified sommelier and I have experience as a bartender and winery employee, but my professional focus is international photojournalism. Currently, I'm paying the bills by way of nomadic seasonal employment in other fields. What else to say? I'm social, amiable, respectful, curious and I love a good laugh. Also, I'm straight (not gay). Cheers
