I am a 32 year old English girl who loves to travel. This is a relatively new passion of mine as I have only recently been able to afford the time and finances to fuel long trips away. To date I have spent about 6 months in Latin America, and a year in Australia. I have just now started a 6 month trip with the plan to spend 3 months in the US and 3 months in Canada. I would love to meet new people along the way. I love music and dancing, food and cooking, art and photography, wildlife and nature, and reading, amongst other things. I love going to festivals and seeing live music, and meeting people from all walks of life. I am hoping to learn more Spanish after learning some in Latin America, so I am open to any language exchange offers.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I am here to meet people and if I ever have the space I would love to put people up to stay. I suppose mostly I want to explore new countries, so I will be the one looking for a spare couch to stay on. I love the idea of having friends all over the world, so couchsurfing appeals to me in that way too! I love the exchange between people that couchsurfing opens up.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I finally got to visit Machu Picchu this year. That was definitely what I would describe as amazing!

I snorkelled with humpback whales off the West coast of Australia.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I love to cook and I can share new recipes with my hosts.
I am happy to help with odd jobs around the house and don't mind cleaning and looking after any animals.
I am quite crafty - I can knit and sew and could teach these skills.
The only other thing - which is quite niche - I can create and maintain dreadlocks, and have been doing so semi-professionally for about 8 years.
