About Me

To do everything

I am always pushing myself to be more outgoing, more adventurous, more multilingual, more athletic, more ANYTHING.

When I was 13 I wrote, "I affirm that there is more potential for good than evil in the world." I still agree.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Surfed once; never hosted yet; hope to have more experience soon.

One awesome stay in Damascus with Hussam! We had a blast and he was helpful and fun.

I'm a bit confused at the moment; I'm interested in so many disciplines and potential careers. I'm working abroad with various non-profits until I decide which avenue to take. I love cities and their complexity. I'll probably study urban something or other in the future.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Hmmmm...fortunately, I've gotten to experience a lot of awesome things in a short amount of time. Sandboarding and ice climbing up a volcano in Chile were both incredible. Getting stuck in Bangkok for 3 days ended up being my best air travel mishap ever. Going to Myanmar was fantastic. Backpacking through Syria and getting lost at 2AM in Damascus without a phone was unforgettable. I've also run three marathons and am still undecided as to whether they were awesome or horrible. I guess that's a lot more than one.
