ABOUT ME

I am a teacher of English. I enjoy travelling, but I haven't been to many countries. I've been to Italy, Germany, Vietnam, Cambodia. It's great to visit new places and meet people from different cultures. I love communicating. I am easy going, sociable, an ordinary woman, like sharing the most interesting information, knowledge I have. I am a non-smoker, a vegetarian.

Yoga, meditation, healthy life style, I attend personal success trainings. I like reading books on psycology of success. I go jogging in the morning, enjoy birds singing, love nature. Also I love walking, cycling. I admire with the architecture of old buildings, churches.

Music, Movies, and Books

I like different music, including pop, classical, quiet tunes, excluding too loud, some types of rock.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Ancient temples in Cambodia, Angkor - the most amazing I have ever seen and the atmosphere in temples is fantastic, despite of masses of tourists.

Teach, Learn, Share

Yoga, meditation, some exercises that that can cure some deseases, get rid of pain. I also practise Norbekov healthy course system, which is excellent to stay healthy and cheerful, optimistic, positive-minded.
I can teach Russian. I can tell about Buryatia, a Buddhist republic in Russia. A famous lake Baikal is in Buryatia. Probably I could help organize travel to Buryatia.
