ABOUT ME

I am an italian architect and I've been living in Rome for a long time.
I love to meet people and to bring them around the city to show how beautiful it is.. I love to see places through tourists eyes!
I am a kind person and a very good listener. I may seem not interested or far away from time to time, but I'm just focused on some though, as far as I'm done with it I'll be there again ;)

PHILOSOPHY

I am learning, all of the time or I am rielaborating what I learned.
This is why I like people who likes what I like, but also who knows things I don't know at all or people with different point of view. I think this is what I enjoy the most and I find myself craving for new things to know and understand..

I must say also that I have the deep need to be nice to people and to be understanding and this is why I like people that let me be like this. I can't be with rude/aggressive persons as I don't like to argue or shout or fight, it's not the way I like to be.

Hallo everybody, I am sorry but due to a bad personal problem I did not answer most of the emails, I hope everyone has found a nice and cozy place.

Interests

What I like the most is drawing , taking picture of everything, reading, and talking. I am always looking for someone to talk with and I love wasting hours speculating about ideas, concepts, invention, politics science fictions and actual science fiction, music, art..

Also I love bicycles. I love to ride and to fix bikes, actually I like to fix objects. Better if it is something with mechanisms or electronic parts (I need to learn) of course some time I break things, but only after having had a good fun!

For sure, as an architect, I love to wander around cities watching architecture and talking about urban development in more or less a serious manner. It is much better if I can do it while riding a bike with my camera hanging from my neck and when I am with some good company it gets much much better!

Music, Movies, and Books

It ain't easy to fill this area, as there a re too many things to say and a lot to say about why and how I like what I like..

Movies:
I am a lot in to old Italian Movies and directors such as Pasolini, Germi, Risi, Fellini, Leone..
Also I like contemporary director's such as Tarantino, Scorsese..

Music:
in my top ten musicians there are:
Sonic Youth, Velvet Underground, Flaming Lips,Beach boys, Massive Attack, Beatles, Neutral Milk Hotel, Daftpunk, Bowie, MBV, Kraftwerk, K. West,Tiga, Pulp, Human League, J. Blake, Joy Division, K. Ayers, Magnetic Fields, Kinks, Pogues, Tricky, Two Lone Swordsmen..
OK those are a bit more than ten and are not enough to describe all I like.. but those are the things I digged the most..

Books:
those are last books I read last monts: The naked Ape (Morris), La Nausée (Sartre), La Possibilité d'une île (Houellebecq, Freedom (Franzen), The naked Woman (Morris), Makers (Anderson).. I am still reading some of them and I am very lucky to have a mobile device to read as I love to read different things alltogether..

Teach, Learn, Share

I can take you around the city, wich I know quite well and from an architectural/artistic point of view. I can show you placese you sould not visit as a tourist.
I can teach you what I know about drawing andd taking pictures.. or we may go drawing/taking pictures together and exchange knowledge and ideas!
