To live new experiences, make new friends, see new places and publish my first book!
We are complex social creatures, thus, labels can be misleading. Since I don't want to mislead you, I'd rather talk about my dream-future and let you feel between the lines what kind of person I am:
Ten years from now...
I see myself with published fiction novels.
I've travelled to at least seven different countries, visited Macchu Picchu (DONE THAT, ACHIEVEMENT UNLOCKED!) and rode the Trans-Siberian Railway.
I've met a lot of new people from each trip and learned from them, some of these have become really good friends and we're in constant contact.
Last but not least, I own a flying motorcyle - it's 2028 and I want my own hoverbike!
I like to say that I live "one heartbeat at a time". I try not to worry about the unpredictable future and I don't waste a second of my time regretting the past. I also try to keep an open mind about everything and everyone that crosses my path - you should be very, VERY careful when saying "no" to life and closing a door.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I'm currently unable to receive guests everytime. If it's a holiday it might be possible or not, give me a holler. I'm more than happy to go out and meet anyone visiting the city too! :)
Hosted Leila MirLaine on April 2014.
Hosted Olga Skosarenko on July 2014.
Can't wait to Surf too!
Meeting new people, seeing new places, trying new things, reading, writing, photography, playing games. As a writer I crave new experiences.
Music, Movies, and Books
Huge fan of H. P. Lovecraft, Sydney Sheldon and Stephen King. I mostly enjoy crime, romances, cyberpunk and dystopic / dark themes. TV series I'm currently following would be South Park, Rick and Morty, House of Cards, Vikings.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Traveled to Peru and climbed the Huayna Picchu mountain at 7am, under fog and light rain, and waited in the cold until the Sun cleared the view to amazing sights of Machu Picchu and surrounding landscape.
Black Sabbath live in Porto Alegre, October 2013. Seeing Ozzy so close was absolutely awesome.
Protests in Brazil, July 2013. I saw a group of manifestants charge against a line of cavalry and put it to run. I learned what tear gas smells and feels like.
Teach, Learn, Share
I can help foreigners understand Brazilian Portuguese and help Brazilians with their English skills. I can also give beginning photography and fiction writing tips and advice on legal matters in Brazil.
I would like to improve my knowledge of Spanish and French.
