ABOUT ME

Hey guys,
I am Luka and I love to travel. I am currently at the University of Basel. So pretty much time left to go abroad during the winter and summer breaks :) I am very intrigued in any kind of art, since my subject is Art History. I love photography, painting, drawing, cooking...actually every creative activity. I moved from Germany to Switzerland when I was 14 and I really enjoy living in Basel, thats why I decided to stay when my mother went back to Germany 3 years ago. Now I have a beautiful old building flat with a room that I let monthly. The room is nice and bright as the rest of the apartment. There is a sleeping couch, quite comfortable, for 1-2 people.

PHILOSOPHY

I am practicing Ashtanga Yoga. And it was the best decision I've ever made. I feel more strong and lively than ever. I learn how to be patient and how to challenge myself and most important how to handle new challenges. Not only while practicing but also in everyday life. I think everybody should try yoga. If you don't like Ashtanga Yoga there are power Yoga or more relaxing yoga forms. Just try any kind and you will feel better. I promise!

First of all TRAVELLING!!!! I would like to see as much of the world as possible and I try to get away every semester break to actually fulfill this dream. Besides I am interested in every creative process as writing, painting, cooking, photography, drawing and so forth. And I am a do-it-yourselfer in my apartment...means painting my walls gold and handicraft some awesome baroque chairs.

I am crazy about New Zealand! Maybe I am the biggest New Zealand fan in the world! :D Everything I saw there made me almost cry...so much beauty gathered in on place!!! I definitely recommend it to everyone.
