Enjoy the life
Well... It's quite difficult to describe myself. I cannot imagine my life without daily newspapers, pub or party or cinema or whatever during weekend and my friends of course. If you ask me about my views, I must agree, that they're rather liberal. I believe, that similarities between cultures are more significant than the differences, but it's quite good to get acquainted with the little differences. So isn't CS the best possible way to do it?
Make everything to be friendly, good, honest man (I hope, with success).
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
Thanks to me the number of Couchsurfers is a little big bigger, because my aim is also to spread the idea around.
I spend the best summertime in my whole life in India with my friend, and we met there so many CS users, who were always so friendly and helpful for us. During last summer I spent one month in India and after in Southeast Asia. Saying shortly: the next awesome and unforgettable CS adventure:) And one year later - Mexico :) Not the last of course. Now I can offer you place in my flat, I can show you Warsaw, we can go to a party or pub or elsewhere:)
First: travels, second: all the rest. For me it's wonderful to explore big cities, but also small towns and villages, talk with local people, try local dishes even if they're a little bit strange for somebody from another country (maybe not Vietnamese eggs:p). And I love daily newspapers, I buy one every day, even if I know, that I'll have no time to read that :p
Music, Movies, and Books
Music: Genesis, Led Zeppelin, Rolling Stones, Rammstein, The Clash, Queen, Bruce Springsteen, Bonnie Tyler Depeche Mode, Kate Bush, Simon & Garfunkel, Dire Straits, Michael Jackson, Lady Gaga, Kult, Maanam, probably more. Don't like hip hop :)
Movies: Slumdog Millionaire, Forrest Gump, Schindler's List Good Bye Lenin, Waltz with Bashir, Letters from Iwo Jima, Persepolis, Argo...
Books: Stephen King, George Orwell, Philip Roth, Salman Rushdie, Orhan Pamuk, Suketu Mehta, J.K. Rowling, Witold Gombrowicz.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Hard to choose one, so I'll mention a few: crazy rickshaw trips in India (with 6 other passengers), feeding crocodiles in Vietnam, visiting the church in Chamula (Mexico) for taking part in the mysterious ritual, working in Mumbai, studying in Delhi...
Teach, Learn, Share
I can teach you Polish if only you're very patient student. If you can, please show me how to light waterpipe, because I've always big troubles with that:)
