ABOUT ME

I am 32 yo male born and raised in L.A, California. I miss that southern california weather!! When I was 12, I moved to Phoenix, Arizona with my dad where I finished highscool and spent another 5 yrs at Arizona State University. Time of life!! Such good experiences, I took two more years off and became a personal trainer during the day and bartended at night. Dang, I miss those days! Lots of good times and not to much responsibility. At 25, I decided to go to medical school...and i really don't remember those 4 yrs i spent there cause I didn't do anything but read.
At 31, I moved to Miami, Florida where I worked as an intern and again had an awesome time on South Beach for one year. Highly recommend to live there once in your life. After that year, I started a 3 yr residency in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation in new York (again) where I am currently a 3rd year resident with one more yar to go and am currently applying for a one year sports and spine fellowship in many different states in the country. And that's what brings me here today!!!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Although I am a physician, I am well in debt and making next to nothing in salary compared to the hours I work. I am currently surfing on my friends couch for the past 2 months and don't mind the experience at all. I have never surfed on others people couches but would love to give it a try. I have always been a free spirit and have allowed friends to crash at my place or on my couch when I was in college. I believe in paying it forward.

Intereses

salsa dancing, meditation, traveling, baseball, soccer, reading, beach activities, hanging out in NYC when its warm!!! oh and I like different types of beers. Im going to Mexico in two weeks (puerto Penasco, south of Arizona). I look forward to drinking coronas on the beach.

I know a lot about human nutrition, Exercise and fitness, and general medicine. I love teaching these subjects. I want to learn everything and anything. I always am interested in learning new things and subjects.
