I am a young 50ish year old.I have a wide range of interests - music,film, theatre, keeping fit, yoga.I sing in a band - indie covers,love watching live music.I enjoy going out to eat, drink, watch bands with friends.Also big fan of LFC. I enjoy travelling, meeting people,exploring big cities.
I am easy going, have good sense of humour and get on well with people.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I joined couchsurfing about a year ago and am really happy to host and show guests round Chester and Liverpool,which is close and is my home city. I have hosted quite a few people and have been a guest with someone I now consider a good friend - really positive experiences so far! Would also like to travel to some new cities around Europe and make some new friends, hopefully.

Interests

Love music, watching live bands.I am lead singer in an indie cover band.Enjoy film, theatre, contemporary dance,the arts, going out for beers and food with friends.Keep fit, swimming and passion for yoga. Big fan of LFC. Like to cook.
Interested in visiting new places, particularly cities around Europe. Enjoy walking.

Teach, Learn, Share

I am a teacher and have worked in secondary schools in socially disadvantaged areas in London, Sheffield and Liverpool throughout my career. I enjoy working with young people and currently work with international students.
I enjoy new experiences, am keen to learn an instrument and am trying to learn more Spanish, slowly! I have a wide range of interests, am sociable and inquisitive.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I live in a modern 2 bedroom apartment close to Chester rail station and the city centre. I can host 1/2 guests and am happy to show guests round Chester and also Liverpool, which is my home city and is connected by a regular rail service. I am sociable, enjoy going out for food and drinks, am easy going and have good sense of humour.
